東瀛遊(06882.HK)公佈,公司控股股東耀騰管理轉讓其持有之合共7,248.8萬股公司普通股(佔已發行股份總數約14.43%)已於今日(19日)完成,耀騰管理以實物分派所持股份之方式,按比例向其所有現有股東宣派股息。
實物分派前,公司3.74億股股份(佔已發行股份總數約74.46%)由耀騰管理持有。因實物分派,現時公司3.02億股股份(佔已發行股份總數約60.03%)由耀騰管理持有。
