據報油組官員私下承認油價升見100美元可能性不能排除
《路透》引述油組(OPEC)成員國代表報道,油價未來數月或進一步上升,基於需求復甦及產能限制,油價或升穿每桶100美元。油價於2014年以來便低於100美元,受頁巖油產量增加及全球主要產油國競爭影響。布蘭特期油目前報88.9美元。
《路透》與5名油組官員私下討論,部分爲OPEC及OPEC與夥伴國小組成員,當中僅1人表示油價不會見100美元,其餘4人均不排除有關可能。其中有人指油價最少在未來兩個月有上升壓力,又指油價或升至近100美元,但不會穩定。亦有油組官員指,油組在達致產量目標上有困難,因過去兩年石油業投資未及所需,新冠變種Omicron對短期需求影響輕微。
有油組官員直指,若供應短缺持續,除非新冠影響需求,否則油價未來數月將上升。
