泰加保險(06161.HK):張德熙旗下公司再出售5,000萬股持股
泰加保險(06161.HK)公佈,於今日(18日),公司收到買方的法律顧問書面通知,買方於今年1月12日完成了一項場外交易,以總代價5萬元向公司之主要股東IAML(由張德熙全資擁有)收購5,000萬股股份。轉讓股份佔公司全部已發行股本約7.99%。
買方的法律顧問已向股份過戶登記處提交要求,在公司的股東名冊上登記該據稱轉讓。買方的法律顧問已向股份過戶登記處及公司送交有關該據稱轉讓的標準轉讓表格;轉讓文書;及買賣單據的副本。鑑於買方及其法律顧問尚未提供轉讓股份的現有股票,公司目前正在覈證該據稱轉讓是否受停止通知書下的限制所規限。
應公司之要求,公司股份已自今年1月5日起暫停在聯交所買賣,並將繼續暫停買賣,直至另行通知。
