敏華控股(01999.HK)1月14日耗資2398.78萬港元回購200萬股
格隆匯1月14日丨敏華控股(01999.HK)宣佈,公司根據2021年7月2日召開的股東周年大會上公司股東授予董事會購回股份的一般授權,於2022年1月14日已從市場上購回公司200萬股股份。每股最高購買價爲12.02港元及每股最低購買價爲11.76港元,而公司就此次購回合計動用2398.78萬港元(不包括傭金和開支)。此次購回的股票公司將會隨後註銷。
公司目前來自於經營活動的現金流健康良好,公司董事會認爲通過股票回購並最終註銷已經購回的股票可以提高對股東的回報,同時也反映公司董事會對公司的前景充滿信心。
