澳門:修博彩法後承批公司最多可用三成股份上市
據《澳門日報》報道,澳門經濟財政司司長辦公室主任辜美玲表示,《娛樂場幸運博彩經營法律制度》法案建議,限制承批公司或其屬控權股東的公司的上市流通股比例不可超過三成。
辜美玲稱,因未來賭牌的競投將設有適當資格和財力審查,若未來承批公司的流通股過大,可能影響股東的適當財力資格,有關規定目的是做好監管博彩業,健康發展。例如一間公司100%的股權,承批公司最多只可以拿30%股份上市,這是法案條文的精神。
