大行評級 | 大摩:降明源雲(0909.HK)目標價至21港元 評級增持
格隆匯1月14日丨摩根士丹利發表報告,明源雲(0909.HK)考慮到下遊疲弱,管理層重新設定較保守目標,預期2022年軟件即服務(SaaS)業務收入按年增長35%至45%,較2021年超過50%的增長放緩。管理層亦預期企業資源管理(ERP)業務收入按年下跌10%至20%。
不過,該行指公司品牌價值強勁,預期今年內地房地產行業將會逐漸復甦,料行業增長轉趨結構性,下調2021年至2023年SaaS業務收入預測4%、16%及24%,將目標價由36港元下調至21港元,評級“增持”。
