極光UMS助力上海醫藥 高效賦能醫藥服務創新

極光UMS對內賦能體系，打造高效組織
上海醫藥公司規模大，員工數量多，為更好的提升公司管理能力及數字化辦公水平，內部開發了“OA辦公”App和集團門户網站，員工無需利用電腦，通過手機就可以進行移動辦公，十分方便。但在實際使用中，有些員工會選擇關閉App推送功能，從而導致工作消息推送失敗，影響辦公效率。對此，極光為上海醫藥提供了極光統一消息系統(UMS)。極光UMS覆蓋了APP、短信、郵件、微信公眾號、微信小程序、企業微信、支付寶生活號、釘釘信息、5G消息九個主流通道，完美解決了員工接收不到工作消息推送的問題。
同時得益於極光UMS多通道的整合能力，上海醫藥可以將各分子公司微信公眾號、小程序統一管理。通過極光UMS後台的模板管理功能，可以創建單、多通道模板，預設消息內容、格式與變量，從而統一將提醒、通知等內容用多種形式推送至不同公眾號、小程序等渠道，直接降低人工成本，大幅提升運營效率。
極光UMS對外提升物流配送效率，持續推進服務創新
當前上海醫藥分銷網絡覆蓋全國31個省，覆蓋各類醫療機構超過3.2萬家，零售網絡分佈在全國16個省市區，零售藥房總數超過2000家。當供應商下單後，運營人員利用極光UMS，不僅可以選擇即時、定時、多通道併發、離線保存等發送策略，同時還可以預設補發策略，詳細設置每一步的補發通道、補發條件，以保證第一時間準確通知物流人員進行配送。
當物流配送人員進入到目的地1公里範圍內，極光UMS的地理圍欄功能，會提前通知相關人員準備取貨，保證藥物及時簽收，避免長時間等待，有效提高供給質量、解放藥師和醫護人員，從而進一步幫助上海醫藥推進院內供應鏈延伸、物流配送等服務創新。
