格隆匯1月11日丨中國再保險(01508.HK)宣佈,公司於2022年1月7日收到中國銀保監會關於李丙泉先生任職資格的批覆。根據該批覆,中國銀保監會核准李丙泉擔任公司董事的任職資格。公司於2022年1月10日正式任命李丙泉先生為公司非執行董事、風險管理委員會委員及提名薪酬委員會委員,李丙泉自該日起正式履職,任期至第四屆董事會任期屆滿為止,任期屆滿可獲重選連任。
