格隆匯1月9日丨中國人壽(02628.HK)公佈,根據中央紀委國家監委網站於2022年1月8日所披露的消息,中國人壽保險(集團)公司黨委書記、董事長王濱涉嫌嚴重違紀違法,目前正接受中央紀委國家監委紀律審查和監察調查。王濱亦系公司董事長、執行董事。公司經營管理運行正常。
公司將於近期召開董事會會議,確定代行董事長職務的董事人選。公司將就相關安排及時履行信息披露義務。
