華盛國際(01323.HK)主席1.45億持股被強制出售 周一復牌
華盛國際控股(01323.HK)就股價下跌及成交量上升聲明,本月6日,因股價大幅下跌,主席兼行政總裁黃偉昇全資擁有的雙星所持1.31億股;及黃氏持有的1,430萬股,被股票經紀在市場上強制出售。同日,執行董事陳健龍持有的1,000萬股亦被股票經紀在市場上強制出售。
出售後,雙星及黃氏於公司持股分別減少至9.8%及10.04%;陳氏不再持有任何股份。
公司股份申請周一(10日)恢復買賣。
