由嘉裏建設(00683.HK)及信和置業(00083.HK)發展的港鐵(00066.HK)黃竹坑站「港島南岸」第二期「LA MARINA 揚海」項目公佈第6號價單,加推合共65夥,包括51夥三房單位及四房單位,單位實用面積爲749平方尺至1,420平方尺,以及14個花園特色單位,包括兩房連花園及三房連花園戶型。
第6號價單售價介乎1,779.7萬至1.08億元,實用面積尺價39,375至76,250元;單位折實後售價介乎1,423.76萬至8,662萬元,折實後實用面積尺價爲31,500至 61,000元。
