《新股消息》據報內地AI服務商「創新奇智」將啟動預路演 籌2億美元
外電引述消息人士指,軟銀持股約7%的山東「創新奇智」將於周二(4日)起啟動預路演,以了解機構投資者意向,預期將集資約2億美元,集資額較去年傳出的約4億美元削減一半。
創新奇智為內地人工智能商業解決方案提供商,主要提供全棧式AI產品和解決方案。該公司於去年6月底提交上市申請,聯席保薦人為瑞銀、中金公司及華興資本。
