《亞洲經濟》新加坡末季私人房價指數初值季升續擴至5% 全年升逾一成
新加坡市區重建局(URA)數據顯示,新加坡2021年第四季私人住宅物業價格指數初值按季升幅進一步加快至5%(前值續升1.1%),報173.6,且已連升7季。累計2021年全年,該指數初值按年升幅再度明顯加快至10.6%。
去年末季核心中部地區(CCR)的非有地(下同)私人住宅價格初值按季回升2.5%(前值多季來首降0.5%);中部其他地區(RCR)價格初值按季升幅一步加快至7.3%(前值續升2.6%);中部以外地區(OCR)價格初值按季轉升5.4%(前值多季來首降0.1%)。
