愛德新能源(02623.HK)將在新能源領域快速拓展
格隆匯12月31日丨愛德新能源(02623.HK)公吿，集團計劃於2022年於傳統資源開發主業、新型綠色礦山建設和貿易及加工業，以及新能源領域積極發展。
集團將繼續提升現有礦業設施管理的營運效率、更加註重發展環境責任，保持傳統資源礦產生產的傳統主業的優勢並着重傾向於鈦礦的能源開發。集團將進一步優化並提高礦石開採、選礦、鈦精礦、高鈦渣、海綿鈦等全產業鏈的方案及技術，亦加強與各科研機構的技術合作，力爭更大的技術應用能力用於新型綠色礦山的建設取得突破。集團亦將根據市場需求，適時轉化技術投資將技術優勢轉化為生產能力以提升盈利水準。
根據市場走勢，集團將加大諸葛上峪綠色礦山的開發和建設力度，與國際知名企業集團充分展開合作，建設新的生產加工綫，提升產能，增加營業收入；根據礦石產品的價格形勢，積極進行港口貿易及外礦深加工業務，以增加新的盈利增長點。
針對國家倡導的2030年前實現碳達峯、2060年前實現碳中和政策，集團將充分利用新疆地區豐富能源及政策優勢，充分利用目前新疆全屬子公司的物流、貿易、投資等平台優勢，以物流業務為切入點，加大區域和跨區域貿易力度，積極發展風電、光伏儲電和氫能等新能源業務，為集團增加新的經濟增長點。
展望於2022年，集團決定於上述三個業務領域加大力度發展，即在傳統礦業領域保效益、在貿易及加工和物流領域保現金流及利潤流，及在新能源領域快速拓展；緊抓市場機遇，不再依靠單一領域，與時俱進，並駕齊驅，使集團在新的一年有更進一步的發展。
