格隆匯12月30日丨中海油田服務(02883.HK)公吿,為提高資金使用效率,降低財務成本,根據公司經營計劃和資金使用情況,在保證資金流動性和安全性的基礎上,公司擬使用暫時閒置的流動資金進行委託理財。本次委託理財金額:57億元人民幣。
委託理財受託方:中國銀行股份有限公司(以下簡稱“中國銀行”)天津海洋支行、交通銀行股份有限公司(以下簡稱“交通銀行”)湖北省分行、南方基金管理股份有限公司(以下簡稱“南方基金”)、工銀瑞信基金管理有限公司(以下簡稱“工銀瑞信”)、易方達基金管理有限公司(以下簡稱“易方達”)。
