贏家時尚(03709.HK)獲授不超3.5億港元循環貸款融資
格隆匯12月28日丨贏家時尚(03709.HK)公佈,於2021年12月26日,公司(作為借款人)與交通銀行股份有限公司("該銀行",作為貸款人)訂立一份貸款協議,據此,該銀行將向公司提供一筆最多達3.50億港元的循環貸款融資。該融資項下每次提款的還款期應不超過36個月,且該融資項下所有尚未償還款項的最後還款日期應不遲於2024年8月4日。該融資旨在滿足公司及其附屬公司的一般營運資金需求。
