中集集團(02039.HK)組建中國海洋工程裝備技術發展公司
中集集團(02039.HK)公佈,全資子公司中集海洋工程與主要股東招商局集團旗下的招商局投資發展,以及中國船舶、中國石油、中國石化、中國海油、中國遠洋海運、中國中車、中交集團和上海國投,一共10家企業將共同出資組建中國海工技術發展有限公司。
該公司註冊資本爲200億元人民幣(下同),中國船舶現金將出資38億元,持股19%,而中集海洋工程及其他參股公司分別現金出資18億元,持股9%。
中國海工技術作爲國內海洋工程裝備領域的創新型專業技術公司,將主要聚焦在海洋工程裝備領域的工程技術研發。
