港股異動丨中國軟件國際(0354.HK)收跌逾10% 於深圳開鴻的持股大幅下降
格隆匯12月24日丨中國軟件國際(0354.HK)收跌逾10%,報9.71港元,低見8.69港元創逾七個月新低,總市值298億港元。中國軟件國際公佈,以7625萬元人民幣將持有50.83%深圳開鴻售予鴻聚創新,鴻聚創新為主席兼首席執行官陳宇紅持有70%股權,餘下30%股權由中國軟件國際若干附屬公司董事彭江持有。上述交易完後,深圳開鴻將獲華為投資企業哈勃、鴻聚創新及中國軟件國際持有99.9%股持的建信中軟國際注資合共2億元人民幣。整個交易完成後,中國軟件國際在深圳開鴻持股會由原先的50.83%降至19.5%。
