恒地(00012.HK)土瓜湾重建项目获批建38.2万呎
屋宇署昨日(22日)公布于10月共批出13份建筑图则,其中港岛四份、九龙八份及新界一份。当中以恒地(00012.HK)收购的土瓜湾道68A至76B号、落山道及下乡道交界重建项目规模最大,其获批建一幢27层高商住物业,可建总楼面约38.2万平方呎,包括约31.85万平方呎住宅楼面,及约6.37万平方呎非住宅楼面。(ek/k)
