火幣科技(01611.HK)：與阿斯塔納國際金融中心就有關創新及數字資產事項的潛在合作訂立諒解備忘錄
格隆匯12月22日丨火幣科技(01611.HK)宣佈，於2021年12月22日，公司與阿斯塔納國際金融中心("阿斯塔納國際金融中心")就有關創新及數字資產事項的潛在合作訂立不具法律約束力的諒解備忘錄，據此，阿斯塔納國際金融中心與公司已同意以互助關係進行合作，並利用其各自的資源，從而為雙方帶來強勁的協同效應。
除非任何一方向另一方發出一個月的事先書面通知予以終止，諒解備忘錄將自2021年12月22日起持續有效為期三年。根據諒解備忘錄，公司擬就數字資產實現若干目標，包括(其中包括)設立數字資產買賣平台以向全球(尤其是歐亞地區、獨立國家聯合體(獨聯體)及中東)用户提供服務、成立數字資產銀行、設立數字資產礦場及設立數字資產礦池，而阿斯塔納國際金融中心擬就此向公司提供支援及協助，包括(其中包括)就公司的數字資產業務向阿斯塔納國際金融中心機關取得阿斯塔納國際金融中心機關的相關監管許可、促進與哈薩克斯坦共和國政府的關係及敦促與之訂立投資合約、為推廣公司於哈薩克斯坦共和國的業務建立聯繫及提供媒體資源。
董事會認為訂立諒解備忘錄與集團的業務目標一致，並符合集團及公司股東的整體利益。董事會相信諒解備忘錄項下擬進行的潛在合作(如落實進行)將為集團提供於哈薩克斯坦共和國內的寶貴商機，並促進集團將其業務經營及客户羣擴展至歐亞地區、獨立國家聯合體(獨聯體)及中東。
