中國碳中和(01372.HK)和中化環境簽訂戰略合作協議並開始碳資產開發
格隆匯12月20日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)發佈公吿，近日公司和中化環境控股有限公司簽訂戰略合作協議並開始碳資產開發。中化環境將充分藉助在環境治理、節能低碳、資源循環等領域的技術優勢和運行經驗，與公司在碳減排方面合作，持續推動低碳技術的研發及落地應用，最大限度地合作開發國內及國際碳信用資產，共同研究制定綠色低碳綜合解決方案，開發多方共贏的商業合作模式，推動碳達峯、碳中和目標的實現。
公司將充分發揮在中國生態環境領域以及林業、草原及碳減排技術方面的資源優勢，在碳諮詢及碳資產管理等方面為中化環境提供專業服務，與中化環境合作研究滿足全球碳金融市場認可的碳資產開發及資產管理模式，為中化環境提供碳資產開發服務；與中化環境合作研究碳達峯、碳中和實現的路徑，併為中化環境提供碳達峯、碳中和實施方案等方面提供專業服務。
雙方將依託由中化環境建設和管理的中國中化環境監測總站，充分發揮中化環境在環保節能產業和公司在低碳技術等方面優勢，為中國中化提供碳減排技術服務、碳資產管理和碳減排綜合解決方案等服務。中化環境團隊負責業務溝通，公司團隊提供技術和商業模式等方面支持。
戰略合作將發揮中化環境在碳減排領域已經規劃、運營和擁有的多個類型的項目資源優勢和集團在開發國內及國際碳信用資產領域的優勢，實現雙方共同高效精準開發國際和國內碳信用資產的目標，全面推動碳中和相關業務發展。
董事局認為，和全球知名大型企業簽訂戰略合作協議體現了集團在碳中和相關領域的競爭力和專業度。成功開發多方共贏的商業合作模式也反映了集團的商業化能力。作為集團落實全球碳中和業務發展的一部分，該項戰略合作的建立和實施將為集團碳資產開發與經營業務帶來良好收益，併為其它業務拓展奠定良好基礎。
