格隆匯12月17日丨 中梁控股(02772.HK)公佈,有關公司發行於2022年1月到期本金總額為2.5億美元的7.5%優先票據及其於香港聯合交易所有限公司上市。
在2021年12月6日至2021年12月17日,集團購回2022年1月票據累計本金總額達2180萬美元,佔2022年1月票據初始發行本金總額8.72%。
截至公吿日期,集團已購回2022年1月票據累計本金總額達6861萬美元,佔2022年1月票據初始發行本金總額約27.44%。
