工行(01398.HK)完成發行600億人幣二級資本債券
工行(01398.HK)公布,2021年二級資本債券(第二期)已在全國銀行間債券市場發行完畢,發行規模為600億元人民幣(下同),分為兩個品種,募集的資金將補充二級資本。
其中,品種一為10年期固定利率品種,在第5年末附有條件的發行人贖回權,發行規模為500億元,票面利率為3.48%;品種二為15年期固定利率品種,在第10年末附有條件的發行人贖回權,發行規模為100億元,票面利率為3.74%。
