比亞迪半導體新款功率器件驅動芯片 12月實現批量供貨
比亞迪半導體宣布,自主研發的1200V功率器件驅動芯片BF1181,已於今年12月實現量產,並向各大廠商批量供貨。
公司指,F1181是一款磁隔離單通道柵極驅動芯片,用於驅動1200V功率器件,同時具有優異的動態性能和工作穩定性,並集成多種功能,包括模擬電平檢測功能,可用於實現溫度或電壓的檢測,並提高芯片的通用性,進一步簡化系統設計,如尺寸與成本等。
比亞迪半導體表示,自主研發的1200V驅動芯片BF1181,應用範圍較600V 功率器件驅動芯片更廣,可應用於EV/HEV電源模塊、工業電機控制驅動、工業電源、太陽能逆變器等領域。
