格隆匯12月14日丨楓葉教育(1317.HK)復牌大跌逾16%,報0.73港元創逾六年新低,總市值22億港元。楓葉教育公佈,截至8月31日止年度,股東應占虧損31.28億元,上年同期為溢利5.05億元。每股基本虧損105.27分。不派末期股息。期內,集團持續經營業務收益9.41億元,同比增加143.9%;持續經營業務毛利4.16億元,同比增加164%。至於來自持續及終止經營業務的總收入為21.51億元,同比增加40.7%,主要由於新收購海外學校CIS及KIS產生的收益增加;及學費增加所致。
