北大資源(00618.HK): 前控股股東「資源集團」涉嫌挪用集團資金
北大資源(00618.HK)公布,發現前控股股東「資源集團」涉嫌挪用集團資金轉入資源集團,導致資源集團結欠集團大量債務,指資源集團明知並故意聲稱資源投資應付資源集團的金額存在差異,並對資源投資提起民事訴訟,要求其償還約79.26億元人民幣聲稱債務。
集團將採取積極後續行動以保障權益及資產。公司股份自今年4月26日起於聯交所暫停買賣,並將繼續暫停買賣,直至另行通知。
