中國玻璃(03300.HK)附屬訂融資租賃安排
中國玻璃(03300.HK)公佈,今日訂立融資租賃安排,出租人已同意以1.51億元人民幣(下同),向公司間接非全資附屬「福建龍泰」購買福建龍泰的汽車玻璃生產設備,及將該設備租回予福建龍泰,爲期2.57年,租賃付款總額約1.66億元,其將由福建龍泰分10期支付予出租人,包括利息付款約1,450萬元。
另外,出租人已同意以4,900萬元,向公司間接全資附屬江蘇蘇華達購買浮法玻璃生產設備,及將該設備租回予江蘇蘇華達,爲期2.57年,江蘇蘇華達須將租賃付款5,371萬元,分10期支付予出租人,其中包括利息付款約471萬元。
