瑞銀:估計恆指明年或可上漲13% 目標2700點
瑞銀分析師在報吿中指出,與內地恢復通關利好博彩和零售股,而殖利率的上升將提振銀行股,估計恆指明年或可上漲高達13%,目標位設在27000點。
瑞銀預計,在冬奧會和3月份的兩會後,香港、澳門與中國內地的通關政策將恢復正常。該行表示,這應會推動賭場運營商收入“顯著”復甦,並提振香港零售商的銷售收入。
瑞銀認為,全球央行減碼之際實際利率的上升應會利好香港銀行股。該行還看好一些派息率高的股票,例如友邦保險(1299.HK)及長和(0001.HK)等。
