中國玻璃(03300.HK)附屬與中建材蚌埠設計院訂立宿遷工程合同
格隆匯12月7日丨中國玻璃(03300.HK)發佈公吿,2021年12月7日,公司間接非全資附屬公司宿遷中玻(作為發包商)與中建材蚌埠設計院(作為總承包商)訂立宿遷工程合同,據此,宿遷中玻委聘中建材蚌埠設計院為宿遷中玻光伏超白壓延玻璃生產線供應及安裝機械設備。 根據宿遷工程合同,有關為光伏超白壓延玻璃生產線供應及安裝機械設備的合同價為人民幣3億元,其中包括採購成本人民幣2.65億元及安裝費用人民幣3500萬元。
