《周末樓市》新盤成交回落至不足15宗 二手交投同放緩
本港樓市在剛過去周末(12月4及5日)欠缺全新盤銷售,一手成交僅不足15宗,當中由會德豐、信置(00083.HK)及嘉華(00173.HK)等五大發展商合作的西南九龍住宅項目「維港匯II」售出10伙。該項目於周六(4日)次輪銷售128伙,包括63伙以價單出售,折實售價由756.6萬元起,另有65伙招標。 二手方面,中原地產十大屋苑本周末錄得13宗成交,較上周末多1宗或升8.3%,成交分布平均,只有映灣園未錄得交投。 至於美聯過去周末十大藍籌屋苑錄得約14宗買賣個案,較上周減少約22.2%,中斷連續4個周末升勢。至於按15大屋苑計算,周末兩天共錄得約15宗成交,按周減少約37.5%。 另外,利嘉閣過去周末十大指標屋苑累錄12宗二手成交個案,與上周末的12宗持平,連續3個周末處於低雙位數窄幅徘徊。而香港置業港、九及新界十大二手指標藍籌屋苑於周末兩日合共錄6宗成交,與上周末10宗比較,按周減少4成。周末十大指標屋苑中有4個屋苑錄得成交。(ek/u) ~
