港股午評：恆指跌0.74% 恆生科技指數大跌2% 科技股集體重挫
港股上午盤三大指數集體下挫，恆指跌0.74%報23612點，國指跌1.19%報8404點，恆生科技指數重挫2.23%報5878點。南下資金半日淨流入17.83億港元，大市半日成交額為773億港元。
盤面上，恆生科技指數逼近歷史低點，滴滴啟動美國退市，美國確定《外國公司問責法案》實施規則，科技股集體大跌，其中，網易跌7.5%，嗶哩嗶哩，京東跌約7%、阿里巴巴、美團跌4%，百度集團超3%，騰訊跌超2%。煙草股、汽車股、手遊股、雲計算、教育、黃金股集體下挫。 裝卸費上調，港股港口和航運股集體上漲；全國煤炭交易會公佈了2022年煤炭長期合同簽訂履約方案徵求意見稿，煤炭股集體上漲 ；電力股反彈大幅拉昇；恆大概念股、餐飲股、藥品股、航空股走強。南下資金半日淨流入17.04億港元，大市半日成交額為862億港元。
恆生科技指數逼近歷史低點 滴滴啟動美國退市 美國確定《外國公司問責法案》實施規則
恆生科技指數現跌逾2%，報5881點逼近今年10月5日的歷史低點5824.6點。成分股中，網易跌7.6%領跌，京東跌超7%，阿里巴巴跌逾4%，騰訊控股跌近3%。美東時間週四，美國證券交易委員會通過了修正案，最終確定了《外國公司問責法案》(HFCAA)的實施規則。美國上市的外國公司，如果不遵守美國監管機構的訊息披露要求，可能會被除牌。此外，滴滴今早率先公佈啟動美國退市工作，分析料將有更多中概股迴流。
港股港口和航運股集體上漲 招商局港口(0144.HK)漲近7%
港股港口和航運股集體上漲，招商局港口漲近7%，青島港漲超5%，中遠海運港口漲超3%，中遠海控漲近3%，天津港發展、秦港股份、遼港股份和海豐國際等跟漲。 消息面上，寧波港昨日宣佈，2022年1月1日起部分裝卸費上調10%。另外，近期因新冠變異病毒奧密克戎在全球擴散，航運費重回漲勢。
煤炭股集體拉昇 中國神華(1088.HK)漲近4%
港A兩市煤炭股集體拉昇，港股中，中國神華漲近4%，兗州煤業、中煤能源漲超3%；A股中，冀中能源(000937.SZ)漲近6%，中國神華、陝西煤業漲超4%，電投能源、中煤能源等跟漲。今日舉行的全國煤炭交易會公佈了2022年煤炭長期合同簽訂履約方案徵求意見稿。該意見稿由國家發改委制定，其中明確2022年的煤炭長協簽訂範圍進一步擴大，核定能力在30萬噸及以上的煤炭生產企業原則上均被納入簽訂範圍；需求一側，要求發電供熱企業除進口煤以外的用煤100%簽訂長協。價格方面，“基準價+浮動價”的定價機制不變，但意見提出，新一年的動力煤長協將每月一調。5500大卡動力煤調整區間在550-850元之間，其中下水煤長協基準價為700元/噸，較此前的535元上調約31%。
