北大資源(00618.HK)股東方正資訊出售公司約10%股份予Kaiya Fund
北大資源(00618.HK)公布,獲清盤人告知,於今年10月20日,方正資訊(由清盤人代理)同意向Kaiya Fund出售合共公司6.416億股股份,佔已發行股本約10%。
完成股份銷售後,方正資訊實益擁有公司已發行股本約0.21%,Kaiya Fund實益擁有公司已發行股本約10%。
公司股份由今年4月26日起於聯交所暫停買賣,並會繼續暫停買賣,直至另行通知。
