銀合控股(08260.HK)因欠債遭入稟申請清盤
銀合控股(08260.HK)公布,於今年11月26日,呈請人吳佩娜根據香港法例向香港高等法院提出對公司進行清盤之呈請,理由為公司無法償還其債務。
呈請將於明年2月9日在高等法院聆案官席前聆訊。呈請中提及,根據公司與呈請人於2018年2月7日或相近日子就一份為期36個月之債券訂立之認購協議,公司於今年7月5日結欠呈請人之債務為1,028.6萬元及利息。呈請僅作為對公司進行清盤之申請而提出,目前高等法院並未授出清盤公司之清盤令。
公司指,現正就向高等法院申請認可令尋求其法律顧問意見。應公司之要求,公司股份已自今年7月2日起在聯交所暫停買賣,並將繼續暫停買賣直至另行通知為止。
