復星醫藥(02196.HK)否認裁員
近日有內媒報道指,復星醫藥(02196.HK)新冠疫苗團隊計劃裁員,理由為該業務每月經營開支達5,000萬元人民幣,但相關產品遲遲未能上市,因此通過裁員來節約成本。
復星醫藥則回應指,目前沒有裁員計劃,將根據業務發展需要合理配置各種資源,以確保穩健發展,認為對組織和團隊的持續進化是確保公司始終擁有核心競爭力的必要管理手段。
