格隆匯11月29日丨雲想科技(02131.HK)發佈公吿,公司獲受託人知會,截至2021年11月26日,受託人已根據受限制股份單位計劃的規則動用約98萬港元以每股股份3.15港元的價格在市場上購買31萬股,相當於截至該公吿日期已發行股份總數約0.04%,併為參與者的利益以信託方式持有相關股份。按此方式購買的股份將用作對受限制股份單位計劃下參與者的獎勵,激勵彼等對集團作出貢獻。此外,本次購買股份亦顯示公司對其業務展望及前景充滿信心。受託人將根據受限制股份單位計劃的規則繼續於市場上購買股份。
