深圳第三輪土地拍賣總攬金逾368億人幣 由8家企業分獲11宗宅地
據《證券時報》報道,深圳今年最後一輪土拍昨日(25日)正式落下帷幕,成功出讓11宗地,總攬金368.37億元人民幣(下同)。其中7宗底價成交,4宗進入搖號環節。深圳市地鐵集團以底價共178.51億元斬獲5宗地塊成爲大贏家。
此次有23家房企參與,8家企業分獲11宗宅地,除星河、鴻榮源爲民企外,其他全是國企。此次土拍,參與央企、國企佔比近八成,其中有天健、華潤、招商、中海、保利、安居集團、特發、建發、深業、金茂、深鐵、星河、深物業、深振業等多家房企。
