浙江延長產假 生一孩共可休158日 二孩、三孩各188日
浙江省十三屆人大常委會第三十二次會議表決通過《關於修改<浙江省人口與計劃生育條例>的決定》,將自公布之日起施行。其中明確,符合法律法規規定生育子女的夫妻,女方在享受國家規定產假的基礎上,一孩延長產假60日,二孩、三孩延長產假90日,自生育之日起按照自然日計算;不影響晉級、調整工資、計算工齡;用人單位根據具體情況,可給予其他優惠待遇。男方享受15日護理假的規定不變。 經修訂後,修改為生育一孩的產假為158日(逾五個月),二孩三孩為188日(逾六個月)。增設育兒假,規定子女在三周歲以內,父母雙方每年各享受10日的育兒假。
