港股午評：恆指跌1%，科技股普跌，電子煙概念股逆勢大漲
格隆匯11月23日丨港股上午盤三大指數集體下跌，恆指跌1.01%報24698點，國指跌0.9%報8848點，恆生科技指數跌1.32%報6326點。南下資金半日淨流入6.61億港元，大市半日成交額為719億港元。
盤面上，權重科技股集體走低，阿里巴巴、美團跌3%，騰訊、百度跌超2%，快手、京東、網易跌超1%；體育用品股、特斯拉概念股、風電股、手遊股、光伏股、藥品股等多數下跌。 另一方面，國標狀態變更為正在起草，電子煙概念股在弱勢行情中大幅拉昇，中國波頓飆漲超29%，恆大系繼續反彈，恆騰網絡4個交易日已翻倍，內房股、鋼鐵股、燃氣股、煤炭股逆勢走高。
科技股集體下跌。金蝶國際、金山軟件、阿里巴巴跌超3%，美團、騰訊、阿里健康、百度跌超2%。
電子煙概念股全線大漲！中國波頓飆漲超29%。全國標準信息服務公共平台顯示，電子煙國標(20171624-Q-456)狀態變更為正在起草，而《電子煙液 煙鹼、丙二醇和丙三醇的測定 氣相色譜法標準》（20172264-T-456)狀態仍為正在批准。此前有媒體稱，電子煙企業透露，受邀參與了電子煙強制國標徵求意見會議，但具體內容及進展，尚未公佈。業內人士分析，電子煙國際標準發佈之後，會進一步規範電子煙行業發展，提高電子煙產品質量、提升技術門檻和質量檢測能力，保證行業的長遠、可持續發展。
鋼鐵股逆勢走強，地產行業政策邊際改善。隨着9月個別房企出現信用違約風險，地產投資下行壓力逐漸浮出水面，進而引發市場對明年建築用鋼需求斷崖式下跌的悲觀預期。鋼材價格和鋼鐵股近兩個月持續走弱。然而當前地產行業“政策底”或已出現，穩需求政策可能逐步發力。鋼材類期貨近日走強，螺紋鋼主力合約近三日累漲約5.5%，現報4390元/噸。
騰訊跌2.71%，南下資金連續八日淨賣出，累計超94億港元。南下資金昨日淨賣出24.13億港元。其中騰訊控股遭淨賣出8.3億港元，南下資金已連續八日淨賣出騰訊，累計94.54億港元。
利好疊加，帝國科技(0776.HK)續升超15%創新高走出14連升。近期元宇宙概念火爆，日前公司正式展開“Metasens元感應宇宙”的開發計劃，將在Web 3.0新時代創造出屬於全球玩家的超大型元宇宙遊戲世界。此外，公司附屬電子競技隊獲和平精英S4賽季冠軍。
