上實城市開發(00563.HK)附屬爲項目公司擔保1.96億人幣
上實城市開發(00563.HK)公佈,附屬上海城開作爲擔保人,訂立以該銀行爲受益人之擔保協議。
據此,上海城開同意提供擔保,以保證項目公司妥爲向該銀行履行貸款協議項下之還款義務,涉及1.96億元人民幣,爲期3年。
根據擔保協議提供擔保,將有助合營企業項目公司滿足其開發位於湖北省武漢市新洲區陽邏經濟開發區之香開長龍花園一期項目之營運資金要求,而該項目預期可爲集團帶來合理利潤,符合集團之整體業務戰略及長遠利益。
