百心安-B(02185.HK)：延遲全球發售並退回香港公開發售申請股款
格隆匯11月22日丨百心安-B(02185.HK)公佈，鑑於現行市況，經諮詢獨家全球協調人後，公司已決定全球發售將會延遲，且不會根據招股章程進行。因此，不會訂立與國際發售有關的國際包銷協議，而與香港公開發售有關的香港包銷協議亦不會成為無條件。
同時，公司及獨家全球協調人正在審慎評估有關全球發售及上市的更新時間表。公司謹此向對公司感興趣的有意投資者致以謝意，並將儘快向市場公佈最新情況。
透過白表eIPO服務作出的香港發售股份申請的申請股款(包括1.0%經紀佣金、0.0027%證監會交易徵費及0.005%聯交所交易費)將不計利息悉數退還。透過單一銀行賬户繳付申請股款的申請，退款將於2021年11月25日(星期四)以電子自動退款指示形式發送至各自申請付款銀行賬户。透過多個銀行賬户繳付申請股款的申請，退款將於2021年11月25日(星期四)或之前以退款支票形式以普通郵遞方式寄往申請人於白表eIPO申請中所示地址，郵誤風險概由申請人自行承擔。
透過向香港結算髮出電子認購指示申請香港發售股份的申請人，其所有已付申請股款(包括1.0%經紀佣金、0.0027%證監會交易徵費及0.005%聯交所交易費)的退款，將不計利息於2021年11月25日(星期四)存入彼等的指定銀行賬户或彼等經紀或託管商的指定銀行賬户。
指示經紀或託管商代其發出電子認購指示的申請人，可向該等經紀或託管商查詢應付予彼等的退款金額。以中央結算系統投資者户口持有人身份提出申請的申請人可於2021年11月25日(星期四)，透過"結算通"電話系統及中央結算系統互聯網系統(根據香港結算不時生效的"投資者户口操作簡介"所載程序)，查核應付予彼等的退款金額。緊隨退款存入申請人的銀行賬户後，香港結算亦會向彼等提供一份交易結單，列明已存入彼等指定銀行賬户的退款金額。
