皖通高速(00995.HK):未來三年派息比率不少於60%
安徽皖通高速公路(00995.HK)(600012.SH)公佈,董事會通過,在符合現金分紅條件的情況下,未來三年,即2021至2023年,公司每年以現金形式分配的利潤,不少於當年純利的60%。
除特殊情況外,未來三年在公司累計未分配利潤期末餘額爲正、當期可分配利潤爲正、且公司現金流可以滿足正常經營和可持續發展的情況下,原則上每年進行一次現金分紅。
在確保足額現金股利分配的前提下,公司可以另行增加股票股利方式分配利潤。
