標普:賭企沒有即時流動性風險
標普企業評級副董事Aras Poon表示,目前賭企的現金流穩定,即使在「零收入」的情況下,賭企手頭現金仍可以支持18至20個月的營運,相信即使有新項目落成,亦沒有即時流動性風險。
他指,目前以單一企業計算,新濠博亞的流動性對比同業是首要值得關注,不過情況不令人擔心,因其有母企新濠國際(00200.HK)的支持,以及現金情況和銀行關係良好。
至於分佈方面,他指因應貴賓廳客戶對宏觀經濟風險以及監管風險相關性最多,因此對比中場業務情況較差,中介人行業亦見風險。
