本地傳媒引述市場消息報道,恆大(03333.HK)冀以新佣金計劃催谷地產代理促銷屯門「恆大-珺瓏灣」套現。
據報恆大近日約見本港地產界,提出若代理售出一個「恆大-珺瓏灣」貨尾單位,便會支付前期欠款兩個樓價相若單位的佣金,並承諾有關拖欠佣金會於三日內支付。
