《大行報告》大和:內地積極推進電子煙法規或成思摩爾(06969.HK)催化劑
大和發表報告表示,思摩爾(06969.HK)股價於上周五(12日)下午抽升14.5%,相關電子煙概念股的股價反彈,相信是由於市場憧憬多家電子煙公司參與「國家標準制定」會議,雖然該行無法確認會議要點的有效性,但確認了會議確實召開。
該行亦注意到,國家市監局下的國家公共服務平台上的「電子煙」狀態,已從兩週前的「審查中」,更改為「正在起草」。如果不出意外,該行估計此或證明內地政府正在積極推進中國的電子煙法規,而澄清相關問題,或可成思摩爾的主要催化劑。
大和表示,上述猜測結果一旦屬實,相信這可能會對思摩爾產生積極影響,該行重申對其「買入」評級及目標價55元,相當預測市盈率40倍。
