匯控(00005.HK)旗下Serai計劃明年將B2B供應鏈解決方案業務拓展至食品行業
畢馬威中國與匯控(00005.HK)旗下科技平台Serai聯合發表服裝行業可持續發展調查報告,發現超過80%受訪者期望在2027年或之前落實執行供應鏈透明度解決方案,令未來生產、原材料來源是否符合可持續發展等具追溯性。
Serai透過提供線上B2B供應鏈解決方案,提升行業透明度及信任度,並幫助企業加強以數據驅動的風險管理決策能力。Serai行政總裁任偉銘指,實現供應鏈透明化的最大阻礙主要為初期投資成本高昂,其次是原材料供應商、中間人等各生產環節過去亦向將交易資料保密,以維持競爭力。
畢馬威中國消費品零售行業主管合夥人(亞太區)利安生指出,服裝行業為全球最大污染行業之一,隨著各國持續加強監管,以及消費者環保意識增強,迫使企業不得不盡快提升供應鏈透明度及生產數碼化,從而達致可持續發展。
他又指,除政策及終端需求驅使外,金融市場亦愈發重視環境、社會和企業管治(ESG),企業可持續性業務佔比提升,對降低資金成本有幫助,相反ESG水平落後的公司未來融資渠道只會不斷收窄。調查結果顯示,以具可持續性的服裝企業為例,品牌淨利潤平均可提升1%至1.5%,其供應商淨利潤更可提升1.5至2.5%.
任偉銘透露,現時平台上有約1.7萬個買家及供應商使用服務,買家普遍來自美國、英國、澳洲及印度,供應商則主要來自印度及孟加拉,目標今年底用戶數量可提升至2萬以上。他表示,現時消費者對食品安全非常重視,未來計劃將業務模式複製至食品等供應鏈情碎片化的行業,相信生態系統成形及上軌道後,盈利將隨之而來。
