先健科技(01302.HK)G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統獲批創新綠色通道
2021年11月9日，先健科技公司(01302.HK)自主研發的G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統(以下簡稱“G-Branch™”)通過國家藥品監督管理局(NMPA)批准，進入創新醫療器械特別審查程序，即創新“綠色通道”。該產品用於胸腹主動脈瘤的腔內治療，屬全國首創，是本集團第14個獲批進入該“綠色通道”的創新產品。
創新醫療器械特別審查程序是NMPA鼓勵和推進中國醫療器械研究與創新發展的一項重要支持性舉措。自產品批准進入“綠色通道”之日起，NMPA將為其提供註冊評審相關問題的專項溝通及指導，並在滿足審評要求的情況下，對該創新產品予以優先辦理，有利於產品註冊路徑的優化，進而加快其在中國的上市進程。
研究背景
胸腹主動脈瘤是死亡率極高的疾病，其發病率約佔全部主動脈瘤樣擴張病變的7%-15%，如未及時治療，2年和5年死亡率分別為約76%和95%[1]。由於胸腹主動脈瘤的累及範圍較廣，涉及到胸腔、腹腔以及胸腹聯合部位的重要內臟分支的腔內重建，是EVAR/TEVAR等腔內技術面臨的重大挑戰。
先健科技G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統應運而生
G-Branch™由先健科技公司與解放軍總醫院第一醫學中心血管外科郭偉教授及其團隊共同合作開發，經過多年的探索改進及動物實驗，最終應用於臨牀。該款支架產品可在完全腔內技術下進行分支血管重建，並維持術中各臟器持續血供，為胸腹主動脈瘤的多分支腔內重建這一國際性難題提供了有效解決方案。
G-Branch™的主體支架內預置了兩個內嵌分支支架，並在主體支架的兩側預接一對短分支支架，四個分支支架保持與人體內臟分支血管起始位置一致，以便重建內臟區重要分支動脈。該產品設有足夠的近端錨定區，可有效降低I型內漏的發生風險。同時，G-Branch™的設計降低了手術操作難度：支架主體在X線下清晰可見四個分支支架的標記位置，且內嵌分支支架內預置導絲，其可使入路後鞘管精確的選入主體支架內各接口。此外，該產品分級釋放的設計，便於臨牀醫生調整位置，從而使支架釋放更精準。
G-Branch™的適應症廣泛，可用於解剖結構更為複雜的病例，並可適用於不同直徑的內臟分支，主體支架的近端和遠端均可針對患者的情況進行延長，以滿足不同的疾病治療需求。
G-Branch™ FIM研究中期結果表現優秀，中國註冊臨牀已啟動
G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統的可行性研究(FIM研究)由郭偉教授作為主要研究者(PI)，已於今年3月完成全部受試者入組，中期隨訪結果表現優秀：所有受試者狀態均良好，未發生I/III型內漏、支架移位及分支血管閉塞等重大不良事件，初步證明了G-Branch™治療胸腹主動脈瘤的安全性和有效性。目前，該產品在中國的註冊臨牀已正式開啟，未來將會有更多的循證醫學證據為其安全性和有效性提供有力支持。
