飛揚集團(01901.HK)擬折讓13.58%配股 最多籌7000萬港元
格隆匯11月8日丨飛揚集團(01901.HK)宣佈,於2021年11月8日,公司擬透過配售代理向不少於六名承配人配售最多1億股新股(佔經擴大後公司股份約16.67%),配售價為每股0.70港元,較11月8日收市價折讓約13.58%。
配售事項最高所得款項總額將約為7000萬港元。配售事項最高所得款項淨額將約為6808萬港元。公司擬將約50%的配售事項所得款項淨額(約3404萬港元)用作償還貸款及將約50%的配售事項所得款項淨額(約3404萬港元)用作補充營運資金及一般業務營運。
