郭思治: 內房債務問題持續困擾大市
香港股票分析師協會副主席郭思治稱,在交投持續偏疏下,港股表現仍然疲弱,恆指上週五(5日)早市先低開275點至24,950點,其後曾略作後抽至25,049點,但在買盤薄弱下,市勢又再反覆向下,至午後更一度急跌501點至24,724點,於尾市時再稍見回穩,恆指最後報收24,870點,較上日跌354點,全日總成交金額爲1,283億元,從走勢上看,本月大市在先高後低的形態主導下,恆指暫是由2日之高位25,639點跌至5日之低位24,724點,即月內之波幅已擴闊至915點,需留意的是,一個月之高低位是不該同時出現於4個交易日之內,加上915點之波幅亦該不能滿足月內之所需,故在本月餘下之交易日,理論上該有更大之波幅點出現,問題是恆指穿頭或破腳而已。
內房的債務問題持續困擾大市,繼花樣年(01777)因債務違約而停牌後,上週五佳兆業(01638.HK)亦同樣因債務違約而停牌,連帶系內佳兆業健康(00876.HK),佳兆業美好(02168.HK)及佳兆業資本(00936.HK)亦同樣停牌,影響所及,整個大市之氣氛當進一步受衝擊,而一衆內房股更持續受壓,即使個別財務狀況較健康的內房股,如合生創展(00754.HK),中國海外(00688.HK),華潤置地(01109.HK)及萬科(02202.HK)等亦受累,由於相關問題需時解決,故任何投機性之短炒行動均不宜過急及過勇。
