傳奧園健康(03662.HK)尋求以30億人幣出售物管業務
據內地《經濟觀察網》報道,中國奧園(03883.HK)旗下奧園健康生活(03662.HK)正尋求出售物管業務,作價約30億元人民幣,目前參與洽談的潛在買家包括碧桂園服務(06098.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)旗下龍湖智慧服務及保利物業(06049.HK)等。
報道指,奧園健康業務包括物業管理服務、商業運營服務、智能化工程服務、大健康服務等,今次僅出售物業管理服務板塊,目標11月底前完成交割物業業務55%股權。
早前有消息指,奧園計劃向合生創展(00754.HK)出售奧園健康股權,合生創展隨後否認有關傳聞。
