據報內地10月金融機構對房地產融資已基本恢復正常
據《上海證券報》從內地有關部門獲悉,10月份,無論是按月還是按年,房地產貸款投放規模均有較大幅度回升。金融機構對房地產融資已基本恢復正常。 報道從多位銀行業金融機構人士處獲悉,在部份地區和部份銀行中,房地產貸款正在「大方向沒有改變」的前提下,視具體情況進行一些微調與修正,而在這一過程中更強調對「合理的資金需求」的滿足。 今年首三季度,房地產貸款增速明顯放緩。數據顯示,2021年三季度末,人民幣房地產貸款餘額51.4萬億元人民幣(下同),按年增長7.6%,低於各項貸款增速4.3個百分點,比上季末增速低1.9個百分點。其中,房地產開發貸款餘額12.16萬億元,按年增長0.02%,增速比上季末低2.8個百分點。(ta/s) ~
